Scheme terms

Clear Terms Before You Refer

Commercial rates are agreed individually in writing. These are the operating principles of the programme.

Participation is by approval. We may decline applications that do not suit the brand or audience.

The commission or fixed referral fee is agreed in writing before referrals begin.

The booking must be attributable, accepted, paid in full and outside any relevant refund period.

Use the agreed link, code or introduction route. Existing enquiries may be excluded.

No commission is payable on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or unpaid bookings.

Approved commission is reconciled after the qualifying booking has completed.

Only approved branding and wording may be used. Affiliates must not present themselves as the training provider.

No unauthorised discounts or alternative prices may be advertised.

Personal data must be handled lawfully. Customers should normally submit their own enquiry.

Affiliates remain responsible for their own tax, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Artificial, duplicate, self or bad-faith referrals may be excluded from commission.

Either party may end the arrangement. Serious misuse may result in immediate termination.

Formal agreement: approved affiliates receive their commercial terms in writing. That written agreement takes precedence over this summary.
