A booking request is not final until confirmed by us. Course places remain subject to availability and any applicable payment terms.
Changes and cancellations
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change a booking. We may reschedule a course where circumstances outside our reasonable control make delivery impractical or unsafe.
Course scope
Pet first aid training is educational and does not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, veterinary advice should be obtained as soon as practicable.
Participation
Learners must follow reasonable safety instructions during practical exercises. Please tell us in advance about any accessibility requirement that may affect participation.
Group courses
Where training is delivered at a customer venue, the customer is responsible for ensuring the venue is safe, accessible and suitable for the agreed course.
